I don't have anything to tell you.... except that the KNITTING LACE of this dress was made by my grand mother about 60 years ago.  I asked my dressmaker to make me a dress with this beautiful work of knitting.  As you can see, the dressmaker made a very sexy dress and I don't know in what occasion I will wear it.

Today is my birthday.  I am having a party and I received a lot of presents from my relatives and friends. My parents offered me a very nice party and I am enjoying it a lot. I had a wonderful surprise today. My boyfriend proposed me and gave me a precious diamond engagement ring. He also gave me a beautiful necklace to be used in our wedding day.  I am so happy, because we will be announcing our engagement during the party.   Oh... My grandparents were born in India, but I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.    My parents left India to live in Brazil just after they got married. The reason I am here, is because I was invited to an Indian party and asked my dressmaker to make a dress based on the Indian style and I would like to know if you like it. I could wear a regular Brazilian fashion dress, but since it is and Indian party, I suppose that this dress will fit perfectly.  I am very anxious, because I will be meeting some very interesting Indian guys...  and I hope they like my dress!

Hi... I am ANDREA

I hope you like this dress.  It was handmade with an special golden thread. It was embroidered with pearls, which made the dress prettier. This dress was designed back in 1957 by a very fine and famous dressmaker of that time.  She designed the dress for her daughter's wedding.   I saw a very old picture of the dress and I liked it very much. Then I decided to ask my dressmaker to make me a dress just like this one.  However, the other dress had a long-sleeve bolero, but I wanted without the bolero, because the dress was for a New Year's Eve party, and I think I shouldn't wear a bolero with this beautiful embroidered bodice.  Kisses,
